This weekend, six Forest guides<\/a> from SRFB were introduced to Shinrin Yoku - Japanese forest bathing - in Gesves. The practice of Shinrin Yoku generally involves walking in the forest or in a natural environment. These slow walks to awaken the senses were led by apprentice guides who had undergone training given by Bernadette Rey, a Quebec guide and trainer (Shinrin Yoku Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>) and his assistant Nolwenn-Jo\u00eblle L\u00e9cuyer (Senzu Forest<\/a>) from 27\/9 to 6\/10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte, one of our Forest Guides, completed the full 9-day training course, gaining certification as a Shinrin yoku Guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
